Mabinto Indjai is a consultant for the World Bank-financed Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (WARDIP) dedicated to fostering inclusive socioeconomic growth in Guinea-Bissau through the empowerment of youth, women, and underserved communities. She has played a key role in advancing WARDIP initiatives to train 3,000 young people in digital skills and support 200 digital startups by 2028. To date, over 600 young people, including people from underserved communities, have been trained, while 30 startups are receiving support, thus advancing digital inclusion and economic opportunity across Guinea-Bissau. Mabinto focuses on creating real pathways to professional opportunity in places where resources are limited through her nonprofit organization Movement for the Valorization of Art, Education, and Science.
