Junior Devys Convolbo is the founder of E-Chips Africa, a social venture dedicated to transforming local West African crops into high-quality snacks to create economic opportunities for smallholder farmers. Under his leadership, the organization has sold over 370,000 snack packs across Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, achieving a 105 percent year-over-year revenue increase, while sustaining 57 paid positions, 90 percent of which are held by women. Junior Devys pushes for climate-conscious local production while addressing the imbalance that rural communities produce the most but consistently get the least out of the system compared to urban areas.
