Abdoulaye Abdelaziz is the vice president of the CYPA, where he manages projects that serve youth and women through language education and leadership development. As project manager for the Promoting English among Women in CAR Initiative, he equips over 300 underserved youth and women through workshops to strengthen leadership skills and their English proficiency. He also provides critical literacy and life skills to more than 120 children in a post-conflict environment to inspire civic engagement and peacebuilding among youth. Abdoulaye connects global resources with local needs while creating professional pathways for young people and women. He seeks to scale his impact by equipping 10,000 women with entrepreneurial tools by 2030, fostering a model for strengthening inclusive democratic culture and promoting stability in the Central African Republic. Despite significant resource barriers, Abdoulaye has found creative ways to work across sectors.
