Yeji Lee is the deputy chief executive officer at Merry Year Social Company (MYSC), a social innovation firm in the Republic of Korea that accelerates 300 startups annually and manages $35 million in impact investment funds. Over a 13-year tenure, she rose from intern to senior executive and now leads the strategic expansion of a regional ecosystem for social innovation across the Asia-Pacific region. She established the Global Impact Chapter in Singapore, convening practitioners from countries including Indonesia, Vietnam, and Japan to build a multilateral platform for sharing innovation strategies. Yeji envisions a path for talent and financial capital to flow freely across the region to ensure resources and information reach underserved communities.
