Samuel Olam is the health principal and co-founder of AMANA, an advisory firm strengthening the quality and accessibility of public health services across Indonesia. Samuel has supported the Ministry of Health for over a decade in shaping various public health policies, such as initiatives to empower community health workers, and digital health transformation strategy, that affect the lives of millions. He currently advises the government on immunization strategies to increase vaccine uptake for over 600,000 children amidst national outbreaks. After seeing systemic failures firsthand in his clinical work, Samuel believes healthcare should never be out of reach.
