Campus Experience Tour

Embark on a comprehensive tour of the Obama Presidential Center campus through Jackson Park. Over the course of 90 minutes, knowledgeable guides will lead you across our 19.3-acre campus, weaving together the stories of the art, architecture, and vision that define this space. Each ticket comes with complimentary access to the Museum, allowing you to “skip the line” and self-guide through the exhibits before or after your tour. Note: This tour includes Museum Gallery Admission.

Sky Room

Take in unparalleled views of the Chicago skyline, Lake Michigan, and the South and West sides of Chicago and enjoy world-class art by Idris Khan, Carrie Mae Weems, and Jenny Holzer.
The Hope and Change Lobby

Get up close with a new portrait of President and Mrs. Obama, alongside art from renowned artists Kiki Smith, Nick Cave, and Marie Watt.
The Presidential Suite

Step inside an exclusive space normally closed to the public , reserved specifically for our tour guests. The Presidential Suite was designed with the Obamas with input from White House interior designer Michael Smith.
The Campus

Explore the vibrant Fruit and Vegetable Garden and the Home Court athletic center.

Tickets

Tickets are required for every visitor over the age of two, and we strongly recommend booking in advance. No discounts are available. If you wish to purchase more than 10 tickets, please contact group sales when reservations open.

Monday - Wednesday $75 per person

Thursday - Sunday $95 per person

Plan Ahead

These daily guided tours are offered Mondays at 1:30 p.m. and Tuesdays through Sundays and at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. To make the most of your day, we recommend using your "skip the line" Museum pass to explore the exhibits before or after your guided experience.

Things to Know

We suggest arriving 15 minutes before your tour is scheduled to start so that you can check in. Tours meet in the Forum, where a coat check is available.
Walking shoes and weather-appropriate layers are recommended, as the tour goes both inside and outside.
Tours occur rain or shine, and may be modified depending on weather conditions or programmatic considerations.
Enhance your experience by booking a meal at the restaurant in advance. Campus Experience Tours are nonrefundable.
