Caleb Rogers is the director of sales at Voltus, Inc., a clean technology company where he connects industries with opportunities to reduce carbon emissions and shows hard-to-abate industries that they can be climate champions. Leading a team of eight across 15 states, he secured over 100 megawatts of demand response capacity—electricity that consumers can reduce by shifting their electricity usage during peak periods—including a 90-megawatt deal in Virginia that reduced over 50k metric tons of CO2 emissions. He previously served on the Williamsburg, Virginia City Council, where he led the city’s first Climate Action Plan, collaborating with stakeholders to quantify emissions and estimate reduction costs, resulting in Williamsburg’s newly established goal of 40% emissions reduction by 2040.
