Beth Conlin is the owner and innovator of Beth Conlin, LLC, where she specializes in military spouse workforce development and especially removing barriers to overseas employment for the community of military spouses, and drives corporate stewardship and relationship management across industries and institutes. Beth’s leadership and advocacy over the past 12 years resulted in policy change in the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), allowing military spouses to work overseas. After championing for changes to SOFA for over a decade, now that SOFA has been amended and restructured, Beth is looking to expand this work by shifting to educating the military community on SOFA’s amended status.
