Becky Gabany is the owner and principal consultant of ChangeBridge Consulting, where she specializes in empowering organizations to improve lives in her rural community. Becky has obtained more than $500,000 in grant funding for community nonprofits. Additionally, she has led dozens of professional development workshops, reaching more than 1,000 participants. Her previous work has involved developing community-based public health strategies and providing support to individuals who are unhoused or who were formerly incarcerated. Becky, a capacity-building leader in a rural area, serves in a multifaceted role that includes driving fundraising efforts, leading strategic planning, and improving processes, and is dedicated to strengthening her community by supporting collective impact.
