Ariba Jahan is the head of transformation at Anomaly, an advertising agency where she leads human-centered innovation at the intersection of technology, design, and equity. She previously served as vice president of product experience and innovation at the Ad Council, where she co-led national campaigns and user research that reshaped public health outcomes, including reducing vaccine hesitancy from 75% to under 10% through a $52 million COVID-19 education initiative, and advancing mental health for Black and Brown men through a $65 million community-designed effort. Ariba is the creator and host of Unmissables, a platform and podcast for changemakers across technology, culture, and business, spotlighting overlooked innovations and elevating voices shaping a more inclusive future.
