Andrew Chang is the founder and chief executive officer of Nunchi Health, a nonprofit advancing mental health equity for immigrant and minority youth. Andrew and his team of over 150 global volunteers and staff provide programs that teach young people basic psychotherapy and peer support skills so they can go on and teach others, creating a sustainable, community-driven model for mental health care. As a community physician for San Mateo County, he works with underinsured patients who have often been denied care. After working with Harvard Medical School on his fellowship program, he founded Nunchi Health in 2022. Andrew has impacted over 1,000 students from over 30 countries and has trained numerous community leaders.
