Kasia Piasecki is the managing director at European Women in VC, dedicated to increasing the flow of capital to VC funds with female leadership. The European Women in VC community now oversees $77 billion in assets. Kasia’s approach focuses on driving ecosystem change from the top down by supporting female investors and engaging partners. She spearheaded a petition at the European level advocating for gender equality in venture capital, which ultimately garnered significant support from investors and contributed to the European Investment Fund’s commitment to allocate a substantial portion of its budget to female investors. Additionally, Kasia is collaborating with the European Commission on policy workshops and facilitates interactions between female investors and limited partners.
