Oleksii Zhmerenetskyi is a member of Parliament in Ukraine. He established the “Strategic Foresight” parliamentary caucus with the National Democratic Institute, the United Nations Development Program, and the British Parliament. The caucus conducts research on future scenarios, helps establish foresight units, and is drafting a law for strategic policy development. Previously, Oleksii was the deputy director of a state enterprise in Ukraine, responsible for the regulatory framework for technological and industrial parks. He believes in catalyzing positive change through forward-thinking initiatives.
