Karolina Attspodina is the co-founder and CEO of WeDoSolar, a green-tech startup dedicated to providing accessible solar energy solutions, particularly for urban environments. Their flagship product is a solar panel system for balconies, designed to reduce grid dependence, lower CO2 emissions, and decrease electricity costs. Karolina also serves on the board of the Green Tech Alliance, supporting companies that prioritize the planet over profit. Originally from Ukraine, she immigrated to Ireland at the age of nine. Karolina is deeply committed to mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, especially women, to empower the next generation of changemakers. Karolina is a people-focused changemaker; she is looking to make systemic change on the individual level by providing renewable energy to households.
