Zóra Molnár is a project manager at Jamba Hungary Foundation, an international social enterprise that provides training and career development opportunities for people with disabilities, as well as inclusive services, counseling, and training for employers to create inclusive and accessible workplaces for people with diverse abilities. Zóra has also worked as a community organizer, focusing on suitable housing and accessible public transit for people with physical disabilities. In 2018, she led a successful movement to make all stops on one of Budapest's major metro lines accessible to wheelchair users. Zóra believes that people with disabilities have the right to fulfill their potential in an open and inclusive labor market, and that appropriate educational opportunities should be accessible to them to reach their career goals.
