Nattakorn "Ton" Asunee Na Ayudhaya is the general manager of Social Enterprise Thailand, a national network that supports and connects social enterprises through collaboration, capacity-building, and public-private-people partnerships to scale social impact. Ton leads efforts to strengthen Thailand’s social enterprise ecosystem by facilitating connections, mentoring leaders, and organizing training programs that catalyze sustainable change. Under his leadership, the network has grown from 50 to over 120 member organizations, with a renewed focus on expanding beyond urban centers. With a career rooted in social impact—from promoting sustainable tourism across Southeast Asia to supporting employment for neurodivergent individuals—Ton is driven by a belief that social entrepreneurship is key to building a more inclusive and resilient Thailand.
