Aska Hamakawa is the executive director and co-founder of Earth Company, an organization dedicated to building a regenerative world for future generations. She advances this mission through three key initiatives: supporting visionary changemakers, leading the Impact Academy for leadership development, and managing the Asia-Pacific region’s first B-Corp-certified eco-hotel, Mana Earth Paradise, located in Bali. Through the Impact Heroes Support program, Aska has backed 44 changemakers and positively impacted over 4.5 million lives. The Academy has reached over 12,000 individuals across 24 countries with educational and leadership programming. Since co-founding Earth Company in 2014 with her partner, Aska has leveraged her skills in bridge-building and community leadership to grow a vibrant network across Japan, Indonesia, and beyond.
