Suchart Charles Klaikaew is the program lead for IKI JET Thailand at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, the main German development agency. Suchart leads the Just Energy Transition in Coal Regions Project, supporting and accelerating just transitions to renewable energy and other sustainable economic activities. He also teaches courses on cities, sustainability, and climate change, and has supported a leadership program for 700 administrative officers, benefiting over 2,000 students in Thailand. Suchart is passionate about enhancing access to high-skilled green employment opportunities and fostering positive change during Thailand's transitional phase, ensuring that no one is left behind.
