Naho Kawashima is the social innovation coordinator of Entrepreneurial Training for Innovative Communities, one of Japan’s largest social entrepreneurship networks and ecosystem builders. Founded in 1993, its ultimate goal is to establish ecosystems where every individual unleashes their entrepreneurial potential. Naho supports emerging social entrepreneurs in developing their business plans and impact models while fostering their personal growth and resilience. Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, Naho also designs and leads programs that provide targeted support to female entrepreneurs across the Asia Pacific.
