Jacob is Head of Counter-Slavery Partnerships at the Chatleigh Foundation, a family trust committed to effective partnerships to counter slavery and trafficking in Australia and abroad. Jacob is also CEO and Director of the Global Counter-Trafficking Group, a new for-purpose agency supporting resilient counter trafficking systems to protect people from exploitation in the ASEAN region. In August 2023 he was invited to be Chair of the Board of The Freedom Hub, a leading Australian social enterprise and anti-slavery agency. Jacob holds a Master of Human Rights and was previously Chief Impact Officer at International Justice Mission Australia. Jacob was in the 2022 APAC Leaders Obama Foundation Leader cohort.
