Koloina Lalatiana Ratsimbazafy is the vice president of One Way for Change Association, an organization comprised of hundreds of Malagasy volunteers striving to bring positive change within their community and promote volunteerism in Madagascar. In her role, she is primarily responsible for the association’s major events and has pioneered initiatives that have helped more than 100 high school and university students by providing them with career guidance and personal development. She firmly believes in the capacity of young people to innovate and to contribute to societal advancement, especially when they are provided with opportunities to unleash their full potential and receive due recognition by their elders.
