Ramata N’Diaye is the associate director of programs and partnerships at Impact Hub Bamako, the first French-speaking establishment in Africa comprising the largest network of incubators and innovation centers. Ramata’s expertise in startup management and innovation has solidified her as a significant figure in Mali's entrepreneurial ecosystem, and she is a strong advocate for women's entrepreneurship. Her contributions have led to the planning and execution of more than ten impactful programs, benefiting more than 2,000 young people and facilitating financing for local entrepreneurs in Mali. Ramata is committed to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, which she sees as more than just moral imperatives but a game-changing strategy.
