Alexis is Senior Director of Learning Design & Implementation at Change Collective. Prior to that, Alexis served as Training Director at Civic Nation. Previously, Alexis was the Virginia Training Director for Warren for President. She has designed and facilitated training with Organizing for Action, Organizing Corps 2020, Organizing Together 2020, Supermajority, When We All Vote, and Arena. She has also been an adjunct professor at the University of Chicago and Harold Washington College. She holds a Master’s in Women’s and Gender Studies from DePaul University.
